We offer 12 guest suites on the property for a seamless and comfortable stay during your visit. Additionally, we provide discounted rates at hotels in Ontario, Oregon.

WEDDING PACKAGES

  • COST: $18,497
    This package is perfect for a weekend experience or a destination wedding!     This option differs from the Starry Sky Package by giving you complete access to explore and roam the 200-acre ranch for three days and two nights. Take your time to breathe and catch up with friends and not feel hurried during these special days when it’s important to take it all in!

    This package includes everything in the Starry Sky Package, plus:

    • Friday 3pm check-in
through Sunday 1pm check-out (for 10 people)
    • 3 catered meals for up to 40 people  (1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner), which includes:
    ◦ Dinner: Friday
    ◦ Breakfast: Saturday
    ◦ Lunch: Saturday (served in both the White Stage Bridal Salon & Kodiak Groom Saloon)
    • Supervised fishing and swimming
    • Trap shooting for up to 10 people
    • Onsite concierge
    • Tables & chairs for up to 200 people
    • Clean up by Lazy Bear Ranch Staff
    • Evening bar hours

    This is the only package that allows for staying on the ranch for two nights.

  • COST: $6,850
    Our most popular option allows the bride and groom time to take full advantage of each moment and remember it forever.     This option differs from the Unity Celebration Package by providing an additional hour of rehearsal time for cocktails, a rehearsal dinner, decorating, telling stories, or hanging around the fire. You may alternatively use this additional hour on your wedding day so that the party has more time to get ready onsite and hang out.

    This option also gives access to the gorgeous Outlaw Lake that has groomed beaches, a floating dock, rustic canoes, and beautiful sunsets. Plus, this option allows you to surprise your guests with a true western ranch experience with a ride to the Outlaw Lake and around the grounds on our beloved “Maude” – the ranch wagon!

    This package includes everything in the Unity Celebration Package, plus:

    • 1 additional hour of facilities use, totaling 15 hours, as follows:
    • 3 hours for rehearsal, typically the night before the event
    • 12 hours on day of the event
    • Access to Outlaw Lake
    • Ranch Wagon transportation

  • COST: $5,100
    This option gives you almost everything the ranch has to offer for a day.     Plenty of time on the ranch to enjoy a long rehearsal, have brunch with your wedding party, roam the beautiful property and take lots of photos! You also will have full access to the White Stag Bridal Salon & Kodiak Groom Saloon to get ready for the big day and hangout. Moreover, this option provides full access to the Great Bear Lodge, a heated/ cooled banquet space for up to 120 seated guests. You also do not have to worry about cleaning up until the next day!

    14 hours of facilities use, as follows:
    • 2 hours for rehearsal, typically the night before the event
    • 12 hours on day of the event
    • Access to Great Bear Lodge
    • Full no-host bar with bartender (ice/cups/mini fridges)
    • Use of large parking lots
    • Cleaning service during event
    • On-site Facility Manager on day of event
    • On-site transportation for special needs guests
    • Wi-Fi access
    • Access to the Kodiak Groom Saloon
    • Extra Bathroom
    • Refrigeration for flowers or cakes
    • Additional time for clean up the following day until 9am
    • Choice of area for reception: Rebecca’s Chapel, Tail Feather Field, Salt Horse Patio, or Great Hall
    • Use of Tranquil Waterfall, fireplace, and large lighted/shaded patio area
    • Use of a total of four indoor restrooms
    • Full access to the White Stag Bridal Salon
    • Use of matching Arbor, Officiant Podium and Rustic Benches (Benches only to be used in Rebecca’s Chapel)
